Happy Halloween to Me, Me and Me?
I was surprised to be met by not 1, but 2 “Rachel Coleman’s” at our office on Halloween… that was in addition to yours truly who was dressed as a witch… it really did cross my mind to throw on my “Signing Time!” costume and head in to the office, but that seemed like a Halloween cop-out… a cop-out for ME at least.
Surprisingly we had “Alex” and “Leah” and “Hopkins” there too, as well as “Bob Sherman” one of our Super Fans who has offered to be my security guard should I need it. He may be overly qualified for me though as he has a black belt and knows Dog The Bounty Hunter. (Hi Bob! Can you believe you are a Halloween Costume?? I know, I can’t believe I am either!)

Speaking of “Dog” my sister and her husband went as “Dog” and “Beth”!

Looks like I now have stand-ins for Baby Signing Time and Signing Time!

Very cute! Do we get to see pictures of your family? I think it’s fun when everyone dresses up for work.

Hey! Found your blog through my blog. How’d you find me? I was so excited to see that you had posted a comment. That is like the highlight of my day! You are definitely a familiar face around here and it’s crazy that you actually wrote me! I know I sound like a teenage groupie or something but seriously–we love the shows! We just really appreciate all of the work that you and your sister and everyone else puts in to the videos. It’s amazing how easy it is to pick up ASL from the tapes. My daughter, Brea, loves them. Her favorite is #6. She knows all the words. It’s great. What a great thing you have done for our family and many, many others! Again, thanks for the comment on my blog!

Just natalie again. I forgot to tell you my daughter also has hydrocephalus. It was not discovered until she was 4 months old. She was shunted that same month, three weeks later got an infection, and was then in the hospital for 4 months fighting for her life. She had every infection imaginable, a bowel resection surgery, and tons of other complications. Today she is almost three but is at about an 18-month level. Still not walking but totally crawls like crazy! Anyway, just wanted to include that!

Too funny! Going as TV Rachel was a thought of mine but I had no idea how to get the sweatshirt. My kids would have LOVED it.

Is there any chance you’d be willing to sell a Rachel Coleman costume for Halloween? That would be super neat!
