I am new to your blog, and have some reading to catch up on. I have come to know Jana at www.babysteals.com who knows you apparently and so found your blog that way. I just wanted to say thank you, my daughter loves the videos and it really made sign click for her. I grew up with ASL around ( tended a deaf toddler from when I was 12 to 14, then later in high school has some deaf mates and so took 2 years of ASL then and later some in college ) and planned to teach my kids sign because it is a beautiful language that I feel is a great skill to have so to be able to communicate with people who aren't/can't speak english out of necessity not slothfulness :) Anyhow, we have used it since she was born ( my hubby has since taken classes at his university as well ) but it just wasn't clicking, then we bought the Signing Time dvds and the rest is history. You know 2 nights ago I stayed up all night, part of my “important stuff to do” was going through my flickr photos. When I saw that Sarasota interview, I giggled.
